Requirements
A degree in Finance or a related field and at least two years of relevant work experience are required. The employer seeks strong financial and accounting skills, attention to detail, experience with borrowers or debt, and the ability to work in Kenya and be based in Dadaab. Investment management, microfinance, SME lending and investment-system experience are strongly preferred. Islamic lending experience is an advantage. Fluency in English, Swahili and Somali is highly desirable.
