This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization committed to excellence and integrity.INJECTION MOULDING SUPERVISOR (BUCKETS PRODUCTION)Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate injection moulding operators in the production of plastic buckets.Monitor machine operations and ensure optimal machine performance.Set and adjust machine parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle times.Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved.Conduct regular checks on finished products and ensure compliance with specifications.Troubleshoot machine and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.Plan production schedules and allocate manpower effectively.Train and guide operators on machine operation, safety, and quality requirements.Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handoversEnsure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma/Certificate in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in injection moulding operations, preferably in plastic bucket/container manufacturing.Experience supervising injection moulding machines and production teams.Good knowledge of mould setting, machine troubleshooting, and quality control.Ability to work shifts and manage a production environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their CV and a cover letter to: hr.mw@mountmerugroup.com Mallekharjunarao.kathi@mountmerugroup.com by 5 October 2026.Subject line: Application for Injection Moulding Supervisor (Buckets Production)Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Mount Meru Millers Malawi Limited is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
