Overview
Our client is seeking self-driven and results-oriented In-Store Merchandisers to join our team across various regions. We are looking for individuals who don't just show up, but deliver tangible sales results and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products to drive brand awareness.
  
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  
• Merchandising: Maintain high levels of product visibility and ensure displays are organized and attractive.
  
• Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.

• Coast Region : Mtwapa , Nyali , Bamburi
  
• Nyanza / Western : Kisumu , Kisii , 
  
• Nairobi & Environs : Kawangware , Embakasi , Rongai , Ngong Road ,Mlolongo , Athi River
  
• Central & Rift : Meru , Karatina , Thika, Eldoret
  

Remuneration
Salary Range: Ksh. 8,000 – Ksh. 15,000 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
