VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ ELMAC SECURITY SERVICES POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – HROLocation: BlantyreOVERVIEW ELMAC Security Services is looking to fill the Human Resources Officer position to bolster its Human Resources department at our Head Office in Blantyre. This role focuses on managing disciplinary procedures, labor relations, staff engagement, and compensation claims while ensuring compliance with Malawi’s employment legislation and organizational guidelines.Key Responsibilities·     Oversee hiring, orientation, and employee development activities.·     Direct disciplinary and grievance handling procedures.·     Manage labor relations matters, including acting as the company’s representative in employment disputes.·     Drive initiatives that enhance staff engagement and well-being.·     Administer workers’ compensation claims and related procedures.·     Create and propose enhancements to HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry norms and legal requirements.·     Advise leadership on HR policy matters to maintain compliance with industry standards and statutory obligations.Requirements & Qualifications·     Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a comparable discipline.·     Possess at least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on disciplinary and industrial relations work.·     Demonstrate thorough understanding of Malawi’s labor legislation and HR industry standards.·     Exhibit strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and written reporting.Additional InformationLocation: BlantyreApplication Deadline: 9th October 2026How to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the required skills and experience should submit their application and curriculum vitae via email to info@elmacsecurity.com or hand-deliver them to ELMAC Security Head Office located at Sanjika / Fargo Road, opposite 2nd gate of Sanjika Palace, Blantyre.ollow Malawi Job Vacancies for more updates:
