### HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

### Job Purpose

The job holder will be responsible for assisting the management of organizations’ human capital balancing advocacy with LgWSC business objectives. The main duties will include but not restricted to overseeing recruitment, managing onboarding, training and staff development administration, employee industrial relations and welfare, ensuring labour law, Human Resources, policies and procedures compliance, resolving workplace conflicts and act as primary bridge between management and staff.

### Requirements

a) School Certificate (ZAQA Certified)
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (ZAQA certified)
c) Associate or Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
d) Three years relevant experience in similar environment
e) Valid driving license will be an added advantage
