### JOB OPPORTUNITIES – MINING SECTOR

Progress Likobama Consultant Group is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Mining Sector for the following positions:

### 1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Location: Chingola, Copperbelt
Salary: K15,000 per month
Start Date: January 2027

### Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.

- Fully paid-up ZIHRM membership is mandatory.

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.

- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Valid Driver’s Licence is required.

- All academic and professional qualifications must be verified/validated by ZAQA where applicable.

### 2. SAFETY MANAGER

Location: Chingola, Copperbelt
Salary: K15,000 per month
Start Date: January 2027

### Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management or a related field.

- Relevant professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.

- 5–8 years of relevant Safety experience, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.

- Previous managerial or supervisory experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and mining safety practices.

- Valid Silicosis Certificate/Medical Clearance required.

- Valid First Aid Certificate required.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills.

- All academic and professional qualifications must be verified/validated by ZAQA where applicable.
