### Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to on boarding new team members. Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and staff well-being. Performance & Development: Oversee performance review processes and facilitate employee training. Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labour laws and regulations in Malawi.
