Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to on boarding new team members. Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and staff well-being. Performance & Development: Oversee performance review processes and facilitate employee training. Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labour laws and regulations in Malawi.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience working in HR (minimum 2
- 3 years preferred). Deep understanding of labour legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Experience in stores management.
