Requirements
1. Human Resource Officer (1 Position) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources. Registration with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 2. H.E.R Mechanics (Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanics) Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Heavy Equipment Repair or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of one year’s underground experience working with heavy machinery. Competency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty equipment. 3. Auto-Electricians Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical Engineering. At least one year of relevant underground work experience. Sound understanding of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. 4. Assistant Safety Officer (1 Position) Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field. Minimum of one year’s relevant work experience in safety management. Membership or registration with a recognized professional body is required. Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
