Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with labour legislation and company policies. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, and other essential HR documentation. Qualifications
and Experience Required Full Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is essential. Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of the Zambian Employment Code Act and applicable labour laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Key Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
