HUMAN RIGHTS AGENDA HURIA HURIA is seeking a dynamic, people-centered Human Resource Manager to lead the organization’s HR function strategy, systems and practices that support growth, well-beingand high performance.

EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years (2+ managerial)

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.

- Registered IHRM Kenya member with valid practicing certificate 3+ years progressive HR experience, 2+ in a managerial role

- Thorough knowledge of the Employment Act & Kenyan labour law

- HR policy, systems & compliance Recruitment, onboarding & exit processes . .
