EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years (2+ managerial)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Registered IHRM Kenya member with valid practicing certificate 3+ years progressive HR experience, 2+ in a managerial role
• Thorough knowledge of the Employment Act & Kenyan labour law
• HR policy, systems & compliance Recruitment, onboarding & exit processes . .
