Position Summary:Victoria Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of Malawi labour laws, HR policies, and employee relations.Experience in recruitment, performance management, training, and staff development.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Malawi business directoryHow To ApplySend CV and application letter to marketing@hotelvictoriamw.com by 21 August 2026.
