### Requirements

- Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits inclusive of Mathematics and English.

- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Human Resource experience.

- Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
