We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an HR Recruitment Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join its HR team on a fixed-term contract for 1 year on Full time or Reduced Hour basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to employer branding, talent acquisition, and wider HR initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to identify the best talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define selection criteria.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
Maintain recruitment records, reports, and HR data.
Provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability.
Support HR projects and other HR initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a generalist HR role.
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation will be considered an asset.
Able to communicate in both Maltese and English
