Job description
Navi Motors Limited is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resource Officer to join our team at our Mariakani facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management,
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRP (K) certification or in progress is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,
- and organizational skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.
