## Job Description

Are you a passionate HR professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced retail environment? They are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented Human Resource Officer to join their team and support our expanding retail operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee movements.

- Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.

- Coordinate employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievance handling.

- Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.

- Coordinate employee training, engagement, and welfare initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

- Prepare periodic HR reports and support HR audits.

- Provide HR support to multiple retail branches and advise line managers on HR matters.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.

- CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) qualification is an added advantage.

- Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is desirable.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or multi-branch environment.

- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
