Key Responsibilities
for HR Officer Jobs in Lusaka Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, conduct interviews, and oversee employee induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Employee Relations: Address staff inquiries and grievances promptly, promoting a respectful and motivating workplace atmosphere. Performance Management: Assist with appraisal systems and support initiatives aimed at staff development and continuous improvement. Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to Zambian labor laws and internal company policies. HR Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records and prepare timely HR reports for management review.
Qualifications
and Experience A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. 2 to 3 years of proven human resources experience, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector. Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labor legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal

to effectively engage with all levels of staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
