JOB OPPORTUNITY – HR ASSISTANT

Varun Beverages Zambia Limited is looking for a HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Assist with leave, attendance and other employee-related records.
• Support preparation of HR reports and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and organisational skills.
• Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practising license.
• FMCG background is an added advantage

ACCOUNTS INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in Accounting and Finance?

Varun Beverages Zambia Limited is offering an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Accounts team and gain hands-on experience in a professional FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Accounts and Finance activities.
• Support invoice processing and filing.
• Assist with data entry and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide general support to the Accounts team.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Internship Note: This is a learning and practical experience opportunity without a stipend.
