### Job Summary

- 67 Airport Hotel, Syokimau, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of- house spaces to ensure top-fier cleanlines staff to Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain excellent service standards

- Manage linen, cleaning supplies and inventory levels

- Report and follow up on maintenence issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with the Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth oparations

- Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally

Qualifications

- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping

- within a hotel, resort or similar environment

- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Flexibility to work weekends and holldays as required

- Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an added advantage
