Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant diploma/degree or professional qualification in housekeeping or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including supervisory/management responsibility; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, cost-control and team-management capability.
- Excellent communication, guest/service orientation and ability to deliver high standards in a pre-opening environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
