## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Human Resources.

- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns.

- Build and maintain key corporate and client relationships.

- Maintain operational records and uphold service standards.

- Drive operational efficiency and maximize hotel profitability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

### Qualifications

- A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and financial management.

- Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
