## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome, seat guests, and manage restaurant traffic flow.

- Handle reservations and seamlessly assist the service team during peak hours.

- Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and gather feedback.

- Maintain clean, organized seating arrangements and up-to-date menus.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of experience in a fast- paced or fine-dining restaurant.

- Lively, outgoing personality with excellent personal grooming.

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
