About the Role
Sunda International is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support workplace safety, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Support risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
- Investigate workplace incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and ERT activities.
- Deliver safety inductions and awareness training for employees.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent safety certification is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
