ROLE PURPOSE
To lead the Multi-employer Pensions business portfolio by providing strategic oversight to ensure effective Fund Administration, acquisition of new business to ensure portfolio growth, Board minute taking, servicing of clients and compliance to the Insurance Act.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- BA in Business Administration, Insurance & Pension Management or Equivalent
- Master’s Degree in any relevant field is an added advantage
- Membership of appropriate professional body
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience, with 4 years leading in a senior leadership role
