Ladles of Love is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Volunteering & Corporate Engagement to lead our Love Activism programme. This exciting leadership role combines corporate relationship management, event delivery, business development, and social impact.
You will create and deliver meaningful corporate volunteering experiences, build strong corporate partnerships, lead a small team, and drive sustainable income to support our mission.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning and delivery of corporate volunteering events from enquiry to execution.Build and grow relationships with corporate partners and secure new business opportunities.Manage event budgets, pricing, and departmental financial performance.Lead and support a small team, ensuring efficient systems and processes.Represent Ladles of Love professionally and promote long-term corporate engagement. About you
You will have:
Proven event management experience.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Business development or client-facing experience.Budget management and commercial acumen.Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.A passion for social impact and community development.Why join us?
