HEAD OF MARKETING (BT)Deadline: 18th September 2026Malawi’s Largest Hardware and Homeware Store is requiring the services of a fully qualified and competent Head of Marketing responsible for developing and executing a commercially focused marketing strategy that drives sales growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness and market penetration across all business channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the annual and monthly marketing strategy and calendar.Drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales and customer growth.Lead digital marketing across Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and website platforms.Plan and execute promotional campaigns from concept through to implementation and reporting.Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.Manage Build Africa’s brand and strengthen the visibility of key product and supplier brands.Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behaviour.Drive effective in-store marketing and promotional execution across our branches.Lead, coach and hold the Marketing team accountable for delivery and performance.Monitor marketing expenditure and ensure measurable return on investment.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSThe successful candidate will be measured against:Sales growth generated through marketingCustomer acquisition and lead generationMarketing ROI / campaign performanceDigital growth, reach and engagementCampaign execution and deliveryBrand awareness and market penetrationAchievement of the annual marketing planMarketing team performance and accountabilityAPPLICATION DETAILSHuman Resource Manager,Build Africa,P.O Box 5549, Limbe.Email: careers@ogbuildafrica.com
