JOIN THE TEAM AT SOROI BLUE, OUR LUXURIOUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL ON THE KENYAN COAST.

### Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a reputable hotel or luxury hospitality

- environment.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Creative and innovative approach to menu development and food presentation.

- Excellent knowledge and passion for Coastal cuisine and local flavours.

- Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, cost control and kitchen operations.

- Ability to lead and inspire a professional kitchen team while maintaining high culinary

- standards.
