## Job Description

### Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, front office or guest relations

- Experience with Hotel PMS and OTA platforms is an added advantage

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales, upselling and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
