Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement within budget limits while promoting cost-effective and waste-minimising practices. Guest Service and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of all guest house areas, handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, and uphold excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. Administration: Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, maintain records such as inventory logs and attendance registers, and follow up on maintenance and repair requests.
Qualifications
