Position: Graphic Designer / Brand Coordinator Location: Wellington, Western Cape Company: Radicle Group Radicle Group is looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Graphic Designer / Brand Coordinator to join our team in Wellington. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both design and brand coordination — from creating strong visual content and marketing material to ensuring that our brands remain consistent, professional and relevant across different platforms. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of agricultural and consumer brands, making this an ideal opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and can confidently manage multiple projects at once. Key responsibilities Design and produce digital and print marketing material, including social media content, advertisements, brochures, product literature, packaging and point-of-sale material.Coordinate day-to-day brand and marketing requirements across the Radicle Group portfolio, ensuring consistent brand execution.Manage design projects from initial brief through to final artwork, including liaising with internal teams, suppliers and printers where required.Assist with content creation, campaigns, product launches and other marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.RequirementsStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.A strong design portfolio demonstrating solid layout, typography and brand design skills.Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience with social media content creation, photography, video editing, packaging design or print production will be advantageous. The person we’re looking for You’re creative, but practical. You have a good eye for design, understand that strong branding is about more than making something look good, and you’re comfortable taking a project from idea to finished product.
