Grants & Compliance Manager leading sub-grant management and ensuring compliance with donor requirements, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance with 3+ years experience in grants management or compliance in the NGO sector, in a non-profit human rights environment, on-site role.

HURIA is seeking an experienced Grants & Partner Compliance Manager to lead lu HUMAN RIGHTS AGENDA HURIA sub-grantmanagement, strengthen partner capacity and ensure compliance with donor requirements. 

EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance; grants/compliance certificationan advantage

- 3+ years in grants management, compliance or project management (NGOsector)

- Experience managing sub-grants for bilateral/multilateral/private donors

- Strong knowledge of donor compliance, procurement & risk management 

- Grant lifecycle management & oversight Partner due diligence & capacity .
