Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging German language lessons for students from A1 to B2 level.* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with internationally recognized language standards.* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.* Create a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment.* Prepare students for German language proficiency examinations where applicable.* Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records.* Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2, preferably C1 or native-level proficiency).* A qualification in German Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is an added advantage.* Previous experience teaching German as a foreign language.* Strong communication and classroom management skills.* Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.* Experience preparing students for Goethe or other internationally recognized German examinations is an added advantage.
