Key Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (Master’s an advantage)

- 8+ years’ senior hospitality management experience last 4 in a GM role Strong financial, revenue & leadership skills

- Proficient in Micros Fidelio & MS Office

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic & operational leadership across the property

- Drive financial performance, budgeting & revenue optimization Oversee all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Security, Engineering, Sales & Marketing)

- Build and mentor the management team; ensure compliance and accurate reporting to Directors
