Job Summary

Chamiachi Hotel is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee hotel operations, drive business growth and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage, events and conferencing.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.

- Lead, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.

- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure and achieve financial targets.

- Drive business development, customer satisfaction and guest retention.

- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry regulations, health and safety standards.

- Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar leadership position.

- Proven track record in revenue growth, financial management and operational excellence.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry and the Mombasa tourism market.

- Ability to work independently, manage teams and deliver measurable results.
