## Job Description

JOB OPPORTUNITY – GENERAL MANAGER 

An ICT related company, requires some suitably qualified candidate with the right combination of education, experience, technical knowledge and leadership skills to fill up the position of a General Manager.

Qualifications 

- 
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales or any other related field.

- 
5-10 years’ management or supervisory experience.

- 
Experience in operations, budgeting, and staff supervision

- 
Proven leadership and decision-making ability.

- 
Master’s degree in any related field will be an added advantage.

- 
Background or professional exposure in ICT, telecommunications, or digital services industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- 
Oversee daily operation business activities.

- 
Monitor productivity and service quality.

- 
Set business goals and objectives. 

- 
Develop growth strategies by identifying market opportunities. 

- 
Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff.

- 
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.

- 
Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
