JOB OPPORTUNITY – GENERAL MANAGER

An ICT related company, requires some suitably qualified candidate with the right combination of education, experience, technical knowledge and leadership skills to fill up the position of a General Manager.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales or any other related field.

2. 5-10 years’ management or supervisory experience.

3. Experience in operations, budgeting, and staff supervision

4. Proven leadership and decision-making ability.

5. Master’s degree in any related field will be an added advantage.

6. Background or professional exposure in ICT, telecommunications, or digital services industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operation business activities.

2. Monitor productivity and service quality.

3. Set business goals and objectives.

4. Develop growth strategies by identifying market opportunities.

5. Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff.

6. Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.

7. Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
