Position Summary:Victoria Hotel is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the Front Office team in delivering excellent hospitality services.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in front office operations within a hotel environment.Experience using OPERA Property Management System is essential.Strong knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and guest relations.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to supervise and train front office staff.Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.How To ApplySend CV and application letter to marketing@hotelvictoriamw.com by 21 August 2026.
