More of our clients now want their own sales teams trained to prospect and run discovery properly. We need freelance trainers who’ve done the job, not just studied it. How it works: Freelance, contracted per hour, per client engagementWe bring the clients. You deliver the training.You choose your availability. We match you to engagements that fit your experience.What you’ll teach: Outbound prospecting: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and how to build sequences that get repliesDiscovery: asking sharp questions, uncovering real pain, qualifying hard, and securing a committed next stepObjection handling: getting past the gatekeeper, handling “send me info”, and booking meetings with senior buyersLive coaching: role-plays, call reviews and 1:1 feedback for SDRs and AEsYou’re right for this if you: Have 3+ years of hands-on B2B outbound or closing experience, with a quota you carried yourselfHave trained or coached sales teams before, through workshops, programmes or 1:1 coachingCan hold a room of skeptical salespeople, in person or on videoHave sold into complex B2B environments (IT, SaaS, cybersecurity or BPO is a strong plus)Are registered to invoice as a sole proprietor or companyYou’re not right for this if your experience is mainly HR facilitation, soft-skills training, or theory without time on the phones.
