VACANCY: FRANCHISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERMWOS Malawi (Moors World of Sport) is seeking a qualified and experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team in Blantyre.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the MWOS franchise network across Malawi. The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong relationship management, business development and operational skills to support sustainable franchise growth and maintain high standards across the networkKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities across Malawi.Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.Develop business plans and strategies to support franchise expansion.Recruit, onboard and provide ongoing support to franchise partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders.Monitor franchise performance, profitability and operational standards.Ensure franchise partners comply with company policies, brand guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.Coordinate with Marketing and other internal teams on franchise-related campaigns and promotional activities.Identify operational challenges and support franchisees in implementing appropriate solutions.Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, market developments and business opportunities.Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure franchisees have the necessary support and resources.
