Food & Beverage Supervisor supervising daily operations of restaurants, bar, and banqueting, requiring a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management with 3+ years F&B experience in a supervisory role, in a hospitality environment, on-site role. ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bar, banqueting and other F&B outlets. - Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service. - Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation and product quality. -  Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. - Conduct daily briefings and effectively coordinate team activities. - Monitor staff performance, deployment and service standards. - Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, HACCP, food safety, health and safety requirements. • Monitor stock, inventories, wastage and departmental cost controls. - Support F&B promotions, revenue initiatives and achievement of departmental targets. - Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other hotel departments. - Assist the F&B Manager with reporting, scheduling, training and other administrative duties.
