### Job Description

OVERVIEWA leading ReadyMix Concrete Company is hiring a Fleet Manager to join our team in Lilongwe. This role is ideal for a mature, analytical and responsible professional who will manage fleet performance, fuel control, maintenance and driver compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor fleet movements and driver behaviour through the GPS tracking system.Track fuel consumption and investigate abnormal usage or variances.Monitor servicing, repairs, tyre condition and vehicle cleanliness.Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and maintenance records are updated.Prepare regular fleet performance and fuel reports.Investigate breakdowns, accidents and operational incidents.Work with Operations, Dispatch and Workshop teams to improve fleet availability and efficiency.

### Requirements
