Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, economics, management or a related field; at least seven years of practical banking or microfinance operations experience across areas such as credit, operations, audit or risk/internal control; and team or project leadership experience. Fluency in English and availability to travel are required. An advanced degree and professional risk, AML/KYC or internal-controls certification are preferred.
