## Job Description

Finance Jobs. Safal Group Jobs. Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Group leading annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across Group entities and preparing management reports, performance analytics and strategic decision support, requiring CPA, ACCA or ACA qualification, 12-15 years experience with 8-10 years post-qualification and advanced Excel, Power BI and SAP S/4HANA skills, in a manufacturing environment, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across Group entities.

- Coordinate budget submissions and challenge assumptions to ensure alignment with Group strategy.

- Consolidate and present Group budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.

- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions.

Management Reporting & Performance Analytics

- Prepare monthly Group management reports with analysis against Budget, Rolling Estimates, Prior Year and Strategic Plans.

- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.

- Conduct profitability, margin, working capital, and return-on-investment analyses.

- Provide actionable insights on financial and operational performance trends.

Business Performance Management

- Support quarterly and annual business reviews with management and business unit leadership.

- Identify areas requiring intervention.

- Benchmark entity performance against internal and external metrics.

Risk Management & Governance

- Identify financial and operational risks impacting business performance.

- Monitor compliance with Group financial policies and reporting standards.

- Escalate material financial, operational, and governance concerns to the Group CFO.

Strategic Support

- Support M&A evaluations, capital investment reviews, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

- Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.

- Support ExComm and BRM reporting requirements.

Systems & Automation

- Drive reporting automation and process improvements.

- Leverage SAP, BI tools, AI-enabled analytics, and reporting technologies to improve efficiency and quality of insights.

### Qualifications required

- Minimum academic qualification: CPA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent

- Qualifications as an added advantage: MBA

### Experience required

- General work experience (years): 12 to 15 years

- Post Qualification experience (years): 8-10 Years
