## Job Description

Finance Jobs, TGL Credit Jobs. Responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets and financial reports, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Requires a degree in Finance, Accounting with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience . This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.

They are seeking a highly competent, experienced, and results-driven Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the institution’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen financial controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to management.

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the institution’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, income, and expenditure.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

- Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls.

- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improved profitability.

- Manage treasury operations and financial resource allocation.

- Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

- Advise management on financial strategies and business decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- CPA (K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or financial services environment.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial management.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

- Ensure full compliance with CBK regulations and DCP requirements, including the timely preparation and submission of all mandatory regulatory reports and returns.
