• 5 years of experienceMinimum Bachelor’s DegreeSkillsForecastingFinancial AnalysisHr & PayrollBudget ManagementAccounting StandardMicrosoft Dynamics 365Cost ControlAnalytical SkillsThis job post is managed byIPInfolog Pte Ltd .Job description for Finance Manager at Infolog Pte LtdKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the company's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely month-end and year-end closing by the finance team.Review financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, and other financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, including business performance reporting.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Japan Headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate submission in accordance with Group reporting requirements.Prepare financial analysis, management reports, KPIs, and business insights to support the Director's strategic and operational decision-making.Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.Manage and coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring audit readiness, timely completion of audits, and implementation of audit recommendations where applicable.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls and finance policies.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.Prior experience in the logistics, warehouse automation, or IT industryStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.Experience overseeing month-end and year-end closing, audit coordination, and statutory compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be an added advantage.HR and payroll experience will be an added advantage.About the companyInfolog Pte LtdInformation Technology and Services51
