We currently have two openings for the position of Finance Assistant, offering a full-time opportunity to contribute to our commitment to delivering efficient and reliable logistics solutions.
About the Finance Assistant Positions
The Finance Assistant roles are key to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial operations. Candidates will work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts efficiently.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and generate detailed financial reports.
- Support budgeting activities and audit preparations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements for Finance Assistant Jobs in Kitwe
To be considered for these finance assistant jobs in Kitwe, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Membership with a valid practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) is mandatory.
