Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new customers and sales agents.
- Promote and sell UMS Prepaid Metering Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
- Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous field sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must own or have access to reliable transport.
