Key Responsibilities

• Market Girwa Radio advertising services. 
• Recruit new advertisers and programme sponsors. 
• Promote community events and station activities. 
• Build relationships with local businesses, NGOs, schools, and community groups. 
• Recruit members for Girwa Foundation and Jenga Kesho programmes where applicable. 
• Prepare daily and weekly field reports. 

Requirements

• Minimum KCSE Certificate; Diploma is an added advantage. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet targets. 
• Knowledge of the local market within the Nyanza region.  
• Valid motorcycle riding licence is an added advantage. 

Remuneration

• Attractive commission plus performance-based incentives.
