Lechwe Education Trust is an independent, co-education, and multi-racial school offering an international curriculum.
It is located in a serene part of Parklands, Kitwe.

### Female Swimming Coach

### The suitable candidate must

- Be a certified coach, with FINA Level 1 or 2 as an added advantage;

- Have at least two years’ experience working with female learners as a swimming coach;

- Be capable of evaluating swimmers’ skills and abilities to determine appropriate training plans, and develop and implement training programmes that improve swimmers’ technique, endurance, speed and agility;

- Be able to monitor swimmers during training sessions and competitions to ensure safety and adherence to rules;

- Be able to keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and regulations.
